An updated townhouse with lots of original details
This project was done in partnership with Residential Growth Properties! My husband, Corey Lee, principal of Residential Growth was the listing agent on this home. Together, we worked with the owner to update the property so that it would appeal to move-in-ready homeowners who could add their own personal touches to the property.
The client had wanted to work within a conservative budget to make the updates and so we did those things that would add the most value to the home and also allow it to be marketed at an affordable price. We refinished the floors, painted all the wall and kitchen cabinets, refinished the tub, replaced the flooring in the kitchen and basement. I managed the contractors that did the work and in the end, we listed a home that really showed well and got multiple offers. Great work, Corey!
