A Treasure in Trinidad

This project was done in partnership with Residential Growth Properties, LLC (RGP) and their pre-renovation sale program. This process allowed the owner of the home to maximize the profit for the sale of the home since we sold it completely renovated. The owner maintained ownership of the home during construction, we paid for and managed the renovation process and then RGP sold it! The owner of the home made more money by working with us - it was a win-win process.

This renovation took us 7 weeks and in this time, we upgraded the HVAC, replaced tile and plumbing fixtures, refinished the porch and the wood flooring, and updated the baths, kitchen and lighting. Every part of the home has been updated and the result is home with clean lines, bright light and modern touches.

This house went under contract in 4 days!
