A charming semi-detached in Riggs Park

We updated this wonderful home in Riggs Park, DC in 6 weeks. It sold in 4 days. Yes we did it again! Riggs Park is a quiet area of town very well-located to the Fort Totten Metro Station and near some very exciting mixed use developments to come. This home was modernized with an open concept kitchen that has Shaker-style cabinetry, Samsung stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. The three bedroom house was improved with fully renovated bathrooms and a new bath added to the basement level. Again with the heat and cold in DC, we updated the HVAC to a high-efficiency system.
